Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back to our warehouse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued in-store credit in the form of a gift card, within 14 business days.
Please note, all returns are at your own risk and expense. We are not responsible for any damages or loss of returns. When you send your return, ensure you keep your track-and-trace receipt.
