We aim to process orders within 3-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, but we will do our best to get your shipment delivered as fast as possible.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order in store-credit (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original box and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back to our warehouse. We're here to help, send us an email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued in-store credit in the form of a gift card, within 14 business days.

Please note, all returns are at your own risk and expense. We are not responsible for any damages or loss of returns. When you send your return, ensure you keep your track-and-trace receipts.
